Parkrun challenges guide
Park5K Challenge pages are public “what is this challenge?” pages designed for search. Your personal progress stays on the challenge tracker (noindex).
Celebrate your awards
When you complete a milestone, challenge, or legend, you can turn it into a print or digital download on Park5K. Use the Award finder to enter your parkrun ID, then open an award card to preview and order.
Quick start
Start with public pages, then jump into the tracker to see your own progress.
How Park5K challenge pages work
- Open a public challenge page (for example, Cowell Club) to read the rule and what counts.
- Use the call-to-action to enter your parkrun ID and jump into the challenge tracker focused on that challenge.
-
Tracker pages are personal progress views and are marked
noindex, so search engines don’t index runner pages.
Park5K is not affiliated with parkrun. Challenges described here match what the tracker scores.
