What is the Daily parkrun challenge?

Daily is a deceptively difficult parkrun challenge: collect a recorded finish on every day of the week, Monday through Sunday. You need seven different weekday slots, not seven parkruns in a row. Standard 5K parkruns are usually held on Saturdays, so collecting other days depends on official extra-event dates, which differ between countries and years. Once you've finished on a particular weekday, that slot stays filled even if it takes several years to collect the others. It's an unusual challenge where your calendar, rather than your pace or distance, decides how quickly your collection grows.

  • Saturday is the usual parkrun day. The other days usually come from special events such as Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.
