What is the Tourist Streak parkrun challenge?
Tourist Streak turns parkrun sightseeing into a five-run challenge. You need to record five consecutive parkrun finishes at five different locations, without revisiting a venue during that sequence. For example, you might complete five neighbouring events over five Saturdays, or fit a new course into each trip away. It's the order of your recorded finishes that matters, not your speed or the distance between events. Returning to a venue already used in the current five-run sequence breaks that attempt, but you can immediately start building another. A streak is a great way to discover places you'd otherwise overlook.
- The sequence is your recorded results, not a run of consecutive Saturdays. A gap of several weeks does not break it.
- Repeating a venue that is already in the current streak restarts the streak at that repeat.
